    Customer Order Management Representative

    Vancouver, Canada

Avigilon designs, develops, and manufactures video analytics, network video management software and hardware, surveillance cameras, and access control solutions. Avigilon’s solutions have been installed at thousands of customer sites, including school campuses, transportation systems, healthcare centers, public venues, critical infrastructure, prisons, factories, casinos, airports, financial institutions, government facilities, and retailers.


    This is a permanent full-time role in a fast-paced environment. This position is responsible for ensuring orders are accurate.


    A high level of courtesy, friendliness, service and organization are required to navigate a combination of manual and automated systems to complete orders.  Non-standard work hours may be required during peak times such as month or quarter end.



    Responsibilities include:


    • Providing excellent customer service to our customers and Sales team
    • Accurate entry of orders, returns and other data into ERP system
    • Scheduling orders according to current manufacturing capacity
    • Providing order status information to customers
    • Communicating order changes in a timely and professional manner
    • Setting up and maintaining Partner Contracts
    • Maintaining Customer Records in ERP system
    • Providing basic technical product information
    • Supporting customer service related requests
    • Following established processes and procedures for order processing





    • 3+ years order management or customer service experience
    • Self-motivated, with an aptitude for customer satisfaction
    • Exceptional communication skills
    • Detail oriented, organized and a strong multi-tasker
    • Ability to work well under pressure
    • Collaborative, likes to work in teams
    • Good Problem Solving Skills
    • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)




    Preference will be given to candidates with the following skills and experience:


    • Order Management experience in a high volume environment
    • Experience using SAP and/or Sales Force
    • Experience with a hardware, software manufacturer or logistics
    • Business Diploma or Degree
    • Bilingual Spanish
