    Responsibilities include:

    • Maintain, monitor and update our sales tax exemption certificates in line with Avigilon policies
    • Set-up and maintenance of customer and vendor accounts
    • Manage Lockbox, Wire, ACH and EFT payment postings
    • Process credit card payments
    • Manage customer billing inbox and ensure prompt replies
    • Develop strong relationships with both internal and external customers (i.e. within the Finance department, other departments requiring information and customers)
    • Assist with the ongoing development of AR processes
    • Other duties as required

    Qualifications:

    • 1 – 3 years of office and support experience
    • Proficient in MS Word and Excel
    • Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Finance.

    Preference will be given to candidates with the following skills and experience:

    • Experience with SAP an asset
    • Ability to work both independently and as a cooperative team member
    • Ability to organize and balance multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
    • Acute attention to detail
    • Aptitude for problem solving
    • Professional and proactive approach to work
    • Strong communication skills both verbal and written
    • Excellent interpersonal skills
    • Excellent business and financial acumen
